No removable drives detected

After installation EasyPhotoRecovery cannot detect any removable drives. Is this normal for trial copy? I have 4 drives (card reader drives) and DVD reader/writer on system. Am I doing something wrong?

It is amazing that nobody posted anything for this product since 2006...

Same problem here. I have an internal memory card reader but the software cannot detect it. Bummer because the JPEG Recovery program worked well and I had high hopes for this.

If Windows can detect the memory card as a removal drive, then Easy Photo Recovery should be able to recognize the drive.

Please send us the details (e.g. operating system, memory card capacity, etc) for investigation.

os, WinXP-Home SP3

memory card, Dane Elec, SD, 1 GB

tried 2 card readers (both can read card without any problem using several other recovery softwares)
1) internal (built in to Compaq Presario SR1300NX)
2) i-rocks IR-5400 USB
