If you have photos recovered using photo recovery software, and they are similar to the below:

Then it is possible to recover them into the the below pictures:

Or if your original photo is split into 2 separated photos:

Then it is possible to recover them into the the below picture:

However, if your picture does not contain all the contents of your original photo (e.g. Windows viewer shows grey colour in the lower portion instead of the details of your photo, and you cannot find the missing details in other file), then most likely that photo is not recoverable.
